by email if possible. Please note free web based email
services do not meet ESS confidentiality requirements.
Use a private, personal email address that you
check periodically on your resume and when
forwarding a resume to ESS. You will not receive
spam and it will not be released to anyone.
Employing a free web based address or a third party email
address may disqualify you by default. Many addresses of
this type expire or become undeliverable and operations
demand that this type of information be periodically indexed
out of the ESS Talent Pool and permanently deleted from the
system.
ESS prefers that all resumes
and cover letters be forwarded as MS Word
Attachments to personal email messages.
